Retselisitsoe holds a Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies and is currently advancing studies in General Account Studies at the Centre for Accounting Studies.
Head of Programmes
An African child of the Basotho soil, Motaung, a woman who is also lesbian and masculine existing through patriarchal society as a change agent. As an LBQ activist, Neo champions the rights and well-being of lesbian, bisexual, and queer women, with a focus on mental health and economic inclusion. Neo has been instrumental in creating safe spaces and amplifying marginalised voices within the LGBTQI+ community.
Communication Officer/Project Coordinator
Makhethe is a communication professional with a Diploma in Mass Communication from the National University of Lesotho, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. A writer, creative entrepreneur and youth leader, Makhethe is an alum of the YALI Regional Leadership Centre, the Rainbow Academy and the Dream Academy Leadership Programme, and brings experience across strategic communication, advocacy, youth empowerment and creative storytelling. Makhethe is passionate about using communication, art and innovation as tools for social change, and about amplifying marginalised voices through storytelling and creative expression.
ICT Volunteer
Software and ICT professional with an Associate Degree in Multimedia and Software Engineering, combining hands-on experience in software engineering, systems administration, and ICT education. Pearl is passionate about applying her skills to support Queer WorX’s mission through technology-driven inclusion initiatives, digital systems support, or data management.

Tsebo is a passionate advocate and healer, and she is committed to creating spaces where the LGBTQI+ community thrives by blending art, advocacy, and cultural wisdom. “At the heart of who I am is that I am a healer interested in remembering the divinity that exists in all of us. This pursuit is rooted deeply in looking back to the past as a compass for reimagining a present and future within which those who live in it thrive and live abundant lives.”
Executive Director
A trained pharmacist with a B.Pharmacy (Honours) from the National University of Lesotho and the founding Executive Director of Queer WorX. Combining expertise and experience in healthcare, media, and community development, Bokang guides the organisation’s efforts to connect human rights advocacy with economic empowerment.
